Heather produces a variety of jams, preserves and salts, using grown and foraged fruits, veggies, and herbs. She has been creating since 2016, right here in Argyll.
She loves to use old and traditional recipes and well as experimenting with new ideas.
Heather finds the process of making relaxing and rewarding. Coming up with new recipes or ingredients to stir in her cauldron can create something magical – hence the name!
