I produce a variety of jams, preserves and salts, using grown and foraged fruits, veggies, and herbs. I’ve been creating since 2016 right here in Argyll.
I love to use old and traditional recipes and well as experimenting with new ideas.
I find the process of making relaxing and rewarding. Coming up with new recipes or ingredients to stir in my cauldron can create something magical – hence the name!
