Meet Abbie – also known as the paint-splattered, cow-obsessed artist behind Abbie Dracea Art.
Abbie’s love for painting began in her grandad’s shed, where she discovered the magic of colour, creativity, and making art simply for the joy of it. Now, inspired by life in beautiful Oban, she creates bold and characterful acrylic paintings — especially her cheeky Highland cows, each bursting with personality.
All of the original paintings are created with either acrylic or oil on canvas, with prints produced locally here in Oban.
Alongside artwork, Abbie is also bringing another creative dream to life, her very own illustrated children’s book series, ‘Archie’s Adventures’, written and illustrated by Abbie herself. You can follow along with Archie’s journey, behind-the-scenes moments, and plenty of colourful chaos over on social media!
